I had a friend that had loose silicone pumped into her breasts in her late teens and twenties, it broke off by 40 and travelled to both lungs and slowly suffocated her to death 😞

he said he went to the gym but his arms didn’t grow. i guess he got demoralised. he’s a guy so i honestly think he could’ve grown his arms if he worked out longer…it’s a shame because real arm muscles look way better, sorry that i’m being rude

I know body builders that do the work. Don't say that's what body builders do, bcuz clearly he isn't a body builder and didn't do the work. He just paid for work. To make himself feel better he says that's what body builders do. FOH. Real body builders aren't buying muscles.

@@timeiswhat actually there are a few bodybuilders who are top level professionals who are injecting oil into body parts and these competitors would surprise you as they do not need to resort to this but for some reason, they are doing it. No matter how conservative they are being with using it, us old timers notice it immediately. The judges also see it and they are being called out.

This is like the best duo plastic surgeon. They really lucky they partner up n did this successfully entertaining reality TV plastic surgery skit on TV

There’s not even any definition when he flexes his biceps… why does he think that it looks good? Delusional.

So, I usually have something to say on these videos because I respect these doctors so much. This was a good episode to show that these guys are now your average plastic surgeon’s. I know there are doctors out there who will do surgery even when they should not. I love the professionalism of these two doctors. They have shown in every episode that I’ve watched, that they always have the patients best outcomes in mind. When you’re dealing with someone who has so much silicone in their body, I suspect that there is a risk even putting them under them under aesthetic. I could be wrong, but I do know from past episodes that silicone can really play havoc with the auto immune system.

why do people think that these implants look anything remotely good? anyone wanting those should probably go for a psych eval first. thinking that actually looks good and not cringey is probably some sign of some problem.

When i first got into fitness and working out, it was mainly due to negative body image and lack of body confidence. Little did I know of the myriad health and mental benefits that were to be experienced. Is there still a vanity factor at play? Yes, but it's in perspective. There are risks taken every day but there's a cost-benefit consideration. This risk taken fails to be worth the benefit. His health is at risk.

Oh dear... So much is wrong. The boyfriend's abs look HORRIBLE. The other guy's teeth are ridiculous and his arms are weird, weird, weird. None of it looks good or remotely natural. Their surgeries/procedures were certainly "botched". In my experience, corticosteroid injections can often help to reduce the size of granulomas -- and sometimes eliminate them completely (for smaller granulomas). Not always. But, would be worth a try before any surgical remedies.

From the beginning, he was describing how silicone injections were the solution to everything he wanted to fix. I can't be alone in immediately thinking this means he went to one single practitioner for all of these things, and that all this practitioner could do was silicone injections. That's no way to earn a legitimate reputation. When he put "doctor" in air-quotes it confirmed everything. It's just some person with a needle and access to this junk and needles. His arms are big, but they don't look muscular, nor do they look like they have a lot of fat. They don't resemble anything that occurs naturally. These fly-by-night jabbers prey on dysmorphia and will play along in a way that delivers only short-term satisfaction.
