I dropped over 100 lbs, but right now, I've gotten myself in a situation where i can't necessarily eat healthy. I have no refrigeration, no car, i have a way to work at least. I am staying in a motel room, working at a nursing home, trying to rebuild my life. Once i get my next paycheck, I'm gonna be buying a crockpot, pot roast with vegetables, see if my aunt will let me store a few of those in her refrigerator for me... because im eating canned food, junk right now, just to "survive". I miss eating healthy, going to be buying some weights and working out while im at home. I gotta transform, it's so hard, but i have to try, ive lost weight, I want to become the best possible version of myself, i want to get in shape, I want to eat healthy, i want to change.
