Hi I recently came across a video introducing (CICT) CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust & they mentioned it was a good company with strong fundamentals. But I looked at the stock price and realized that the price of the stock has been dropping since more than 10 years ago (meaning if I'd bought it then then I would've still made a "loss" on my capital). Can you explain if it's still worth purchasing and why? Thanks!

Shoppers are not the direct customers of Reits. Tenants are locked in 2-3 years TA.

People are "forgetful" with all prices. It's habitual spending And need discipline to really cut down on spending
