So apparently Norway's going for a straight melee build with its army. After their soldiers wash down their three candy bars and sugared fruit with some lemon sugar juice and hot coffee, the cumulative sugar rush will give each man the strength of approximately seven rabid grizzly bears. They could go into battle armed with the spork and win.

Wouldn't mind living in a country with an average income of 60 grand a year and luxury hotel like prisons either. They're also one of the most resource independent nations too, so they aren't in a hurry to invade anywhere. Meanwhile we have The Donald and stripmalls, so who would want to live there?

The thin pieces of reindeer meat is actually traditional, called «reinsdyrskav» (thin cut slices of reindeer) and the traditional stew made from it is called Finnbiff («Finn Beef»). Reindeer meat is the mildest flavour game in Norway, so no wonder you could mistake it for beef. One interesting detail, we normally add slices of the brown cheese you tasted in an old video to the sauce, it adds an interesting flavour to game sauces. That and often also redcurrant jelly. YUM! Personally I don’t eat animal products anymore, but I make a very similar vegan sauce for vegan meat though, yum!

"🦌" Emmy I Love you ❣️ I'm from Vancouver BC Canada. My Mom used to make a super delicious spaghetti sauce with either ground deer meat or ground moose meat. Being First Nations we are fortunate to have a source of such succulent tasty food. She would mix 1/2 lbs ground beef with 1/2 lbs of deer or moose and use the regular spaghetti recipe. Yummy in my tummy treat! Then there's the deer roast , oh! Love you Mom ❣️

"Vilt" means "wild game," most often referring to the various species of deer. In the context of "viltgryte" it could mean deer, elk, moose, reindeer, or any combination thereof. When it's translated as reindeer stew it is because in this case the "vilt" in question is reindeer. :)
