I don't care what anyone says, even my own thoughts. Reiki works! I've been extremely ungrounded, lacking clarity, and just overall frustrated in my situation, but I put this on and immediately felt the energy transmission. I feel like a completely different person that's how much it's cleared all of this negative energy. I have got to get some actual black obsidian.

I recently bought a small obsidian pebble from a shop. As a child I was into Geology and sort of drifting away from that side of my “nerdy ness” as I grew older. But maybe I’m coming back around to it.

You could have blockages that need to be released. Use the video for a few minutes at a time at first till you get used to the energy.
