Omg I felt a great energy on my belly while I was meditating and every time I breathe I felt like I’m doing it through my stomach rather than on my lungs. Anyways great meditation as always it always helped me in balancing my chakras

I had surgery Tuesday and I was in bed feeling nauseous and the first thing came to my mind was my Solar Plexus is blocked!! So now I’m in my sacred space with my yellow candle burning about to listen to this and meditate 🧘🏾‍♀️ with the light off.

I will be blessed with happiness health and wealth in my life

Thinknive found a really strong way of making these effective... do 20 min stretching, yoga, then meditate for 5 - 10 mins, now listen to these with headphones in your ear and can feel those tingly sensations... brill..

Having an hard time balancing this , i have confidence problems and when i am trying to convince myself that there is nothing to worry about i feel a strong barrier witch tells me otherwise

strong beliefs have been ingrained in your subconscious causing energy blockage there. These things take time to let go. I have the same problem as you.

stay positive and just focus on the present! think that you are like a tree, and with your plants, you can be generous with yourself every single time and you will not be afraid of growing and being tall, because you are enough, and with this posture you will not bend over yourself to others.

Jai Coley it definitely releases something from my chakra/body, i sort of started to see my inside not so dark, i mean i see it completely dark but with little light

I love you so much!!! Thank you for these beautiful sound recordings with us all. I feel so much better after listening to a few of your Solar Plexus activations. I have no will after the workday ends. I just flop on to bed eating yogurt until I turned this on and it worked like an antidepressant. My willpower chakra is not activated. I haven't been able to complete a fast in many many months now.

I couldn't stop smiling as I listened to this. A sure fire sign that it works in my eyes.
