Hello 💚 Does the video have to face my head where my ears are or is it okay if my screen is facing my chest? I like to meditate while receiving this reiki and my laptop is on the level of my chest when I sit down for meditation, so that’s why I’m asking. Thank you 💚

Although it is best to sit down, close your eyes, and relax during a videos session, you can do other things in the same room and will still receive the energy. Best Regards, Richard

This may be where you are most sensitive or have a blockage that needs to be worked on. Shorten the amount of time you are using the video until your build up a tolerance for the energy. If it still bothers, the video may be strong for you and it would be best not to use it. Best Regards, Richard
