Reiki works on challenges, but how fast depends on the person's challenges and how deeply rooted they are in their physical and energy body. Some challenges can see immediate results, because they are close to the surface. Others may take years and need to be used in conjunction with other complimentary tools like EFT, Yoga, Accupuncture, meditation, journaling and possibly help by a professional. Blessings, Lourdes

Will this help with understanding the messages sent by spirit guides/higher self? I often realize later that I was being given a message I didn't understand. It's really frustrating.
