Our words are also very powerful when it comes to healing or creating disease. You say you want to heal but you spoke something negative over yourself by creating such username. I really am not trying to be mean, I truly wish to help you reach your goal it’s just I don’t know how to articulate that info better. Hope it helps

*UPDATE* Wow! This is exactly what I was needing! I’ve been dealing with suppressed emotions trapped in my body which has caused a lot of imbalance within my life, and relationships. It has made it difficult for me to let myself feel anything else really. So this! This is right in alignment with what I’ve been needing. As a reiki practitioner myself, it’s nice to be able to have that additional assistance. Thank you so much! This is POTENT. I felt the need to do some shamanic shaking, howling, and just letting all the energy OUT. Now I feel so uplifted and joyful. I can’t stop smiling and laughing. This is probably my favorite video you have done so far!

I literally had two mental breakdown in front of my psychology teacher during the practical examination. The moment she asked me about my parents I broke with all that trauma and pain they inflicted on me, I don’t want to cry infront of strangers anymore, I want to heal.

I can't explain how incredibly helpful this was. I continuously have a tight chest due to repressed emotion, and over the 10 minutes I slowly felt it subside. Very noticeable thank you!!

Can't thank the Universe enough for guiding me to this video. Experienced a traumatic event 2 weeks ago, and it left me feeling disconnected, and a bit broken. But 3 days later, I put the focus back on me, and began the process of healing. This though? This was the tool that I needed to remove the residual negative energy trying to stay behind.

Wow! Thank you! This was soooo powerful for me. I had a past relationship that ended badly, words were said and promises were broken 💔 and so was my heart. This cycled on "randomly" after I finished a morning meditation and it was like all of those emotions came up for review and I forgave them and him and they floated away as if on air or by magic. I suddenly noticed in that moment how calm, peaceful and beautiful the backing music on this new meditation track was.
