@@ALLigned777people who are like really negative do that to other people. I also recommend shielding because then they won’t be able to place thought forms on you. Which is essentially a parasitic attachment

So I started my day quite positive. For unknown reasons to me I started thinking quite negatively. I tried to ignore the thoughts but the resistance made them stronger. Ohh I know what you mean. It’s always good to put them out somewhere, like put the thoughts on paper and then burn it. That way it won’t linger around. Also I’m not really a professional or something but what I do for myself sometimes, is I smudge myself with sage if I feel the energy/thought is too heavy (note: the sage could cause an unpleasant scent to most, so I do recommend you to be careful of your clothes). And then I say something like: Anything that isn’t me or mine and doesn’t work in my highest good, is commanded to leave me and my entire beingness. I only welcome that which works in my highest good and for those around me. You can also say it in another way. Google has many good examples, but this is what I would usually says. Also doing things that raise your vibration or cleanse your aura, might help you to prevent feeling like that. Like going in a dense forest or walking in nature in general and eating high vibrational foods.

Feels like emotional vomit going out. And all kinds of silly Sorrow and regret. Intense. It's taking my heartbreak out the bottom of my feet. Really sensitive today.

Could we please have one to eliminate energies of former occupiers of our residences ?

I need to get rid of Negative thoughts to heal my ears and sinus for my airplane trip next week. I think subconsciously I'm afraid to go because my husband has treated me so badly on past vacations. Last time we went to Paris he walked so far ahead out of train station I was attacked and robbed in ticket turn stall. Also he fought with me and wouldn't even hold my hand at Effiel tower. So much for all my lifetimebdreams Of Romantic Paris. We are leaving country again and I am terrified he may abandon me in foreign country. I'm eleldrly and don't walk fast.

Negative Thought forms are “beings” that can influence your behaviour. For example, in an area where there is a lot of negativity or where there have been incidents where people project their negative thoughts, those collective thoughts create beings that go off into the world enhancing/influencing others into negativity to feed off of (for example, violent or fear based thoughts/behaviours). They also exist in places where there is a lot of negative energy. Thought forms can also enhance your own existing negative thoughts or behaviours. You may be so happy and then have a thought that is so out of character and out of nowhere that is negative. Chances are you ran into a thought form that’s trying to make you go down a negative thought process to feed of off. If that’s the case call upon Archangel Michael and your guides of the highest vibrations of love and light to protect your mind and remove negative influences and restore peace.
