This is still my go-to everytime something feels off, or also for after when I've been doing a lot of emotional cleansing and need something to clear the space off some of the cleared out, still lingering energy. It's always working SO well and afterwards it's often much easier and faster for me to clean physically because the physical is just following effortlessly once the energetic debris is removed 😊

Oh, this hits home so much! It's been a double-whammy for needing to clear my space this last week. Mind you, my favorite incense (other than sandalwood) is Dragon's Blood, and I have been hit with psychic attack after psychic attack from the Dark Side. I swear, that particular incense seems to know when evil is around. When the Dark Side is right close to the window, I've noticed the Dragon's Blood incense smoke curling fast and furious, flowing around me. When the evil is gone, the smoke kinda goes into a "stand-by mode," where it simply floats in a gentle plume to my ceiling. And I have burned both the stuff from Better Homes and Gardens (at Walmart), as well as the stuff I get from a local "alternative lifestyle" shop where I live. Guess which is the stuff that truly lives up to the protective reputation? It ain't the Better Homes and Gardens incense. BHG's version of "Dragon's Blood" incense is clearly a cheap imitation. While the real deal costs $4 more (for 30 sticks), it clearly "does what it says on the tin," as the saying goes. 😅

Cleaning the energies of your space is just as important as cleaning it physically, if not more so!

This space clearing video is still powerful in 2021! Although I used headphones to listen it. I was restless at the beginning of this session and ready to stop it, but then as the video proceeded something calmed me down, something slowed me and I was getting the smell of the burning incense. Now folks, this was very very subtle. At the end I got a very soothing experience. The restless feelings were no more! Wonderful, Rachel!

Wow, I knew something was off in my room not unsurprising as I’ve been going through it emotionally due to healing and me and my kitty share the space haha. Immediately clicking on this I felt a shift my energy and the space around me feels lighter and more welcoming I’ve used sage and Palo Santo in the past but still didn’t seem strong enough, thanks for this! She has her moments being in her 80s but my white shield of protection against neagive energy is pretty strong so as hard as it is to I block her neagive energy and repeat positive chants for myself thank u so much for asking me about it that’s really cool of you

Try also using Rosemary oil and springs to create a energy boundary, with salt and sage also in tea bags, and always try to welcome in the blessed good energy of the sunlight. Sunlight gets rid of negative energy.

@@miekel8663 First cleans yourself, deep clean detail, really go through all your systems and chakra's. Attacks like that need attachment cords, so really pay attention to what is the trigger effects of the attack. Once your able to get grounded and it may take a few days of work, make sure your walking around barre foot on grassy areas, grounding yourself in the earths energy. If you can figure out who it is, remember to think clearly about them, it takes negative emotions to one crule. You need not feed it, but reflect it back, and if its a relationship you valuse, if it is still of value work on it. Hurt on both sides helps no one to grow. Cleans your space, and while you're at it, a chant for focus, "Only love and Light may enter, only love and Light may stay." helps as you go through your space. You may need to make sure you go through your energy field as well with that chant to focus. Next would be to make sure you're taking notes, for further evaluation of progress. It may take a while.Tracking progress helps you determine what points you will need to do daily, weeksly or once a mounth until clear from you and your space. Negativity does not leave all that easy when sent as an attack and not everyone is an Empath with skills in Transmutation of Energy.

@@carmellafoster8054 thank you 😊 it had been my sister and I thought this time around it was her too. Then i realized it’s my husband. Not on purpose. I think I even take some of it on. I’ve always been extremely sensitive to his energy. But now it’s from a violent crime I suffered in 2016. I just recently dealt with it when it was triggered last Dec. I feel fine now. But my husband carries a lot of guilt even though it wasn’t his fault and I never placed blame on him. He was asleep at the house party where it happened. Now that I’m ok, he’s really feeling it and I’m taking it on. Our 10 year old son takes some of it on too. I think he does it for me bc it would be WAY too much. Lately, he’s been around people that were involved (also victims). He was at the local bar where to they hang out. I asked him to simply shield himself with white light. He said I’m pretty good at managing my energy. When I figured it out I teased him and said you’re over there thinking you’re managing your energy and I’m over here sweating. 🤣

@@miekel8663 I learned a lot the first year as I actively tried to become more aware and educated as an Empath, and that was my biggest challenge to overcome, people forget we encounter so many others energy fields and attachment cords are bound to occur. But there are things that people actively do with their energy, that make one question the value of that relationship, but whew, those chants and or a focused repeated goal towards a positive outcome were so very helpful. Glad to be of help.
