I agree, Lourdes is so humble and helpful.🤗 I bought one of her reading services and found my life started shifting positively afterward. Lots of chaotic upheaval - but those events triggered much needed help to come in and for people to see just how bad a situation was and help me put a stop to it. I'm going in a very positive direction now and would gladly join her fan club! 😀 Sometimes things need to get a bit worse for people to stop something dragging out for years. I feel seen.

I sometimes dislike some physical parts of my anatomy even more when criticized by people that dont even know me. For example...I hear women say under their breathe or behind my back "she think she's cute, but she's ugly" or " she thinks shes all of that" and it really hurts me and I feel a little insecure and I say to myself what are they seeing when Im in public that when I look in the mirror I dont see. Yes they do this because they dont love themselves.When a person dont love himself ,this person criticize others cause they criticize themself all time inside their head.Their opinion about you is not importat,the most important is your own opinion about yourself.The best thing to do is avoid contact with people who put you down and be near to people who aprove you,peope who admires you,so your self steem will improve.
