Hi Al, First, let your yourself grieve for a while. Then start by nurturing yourself. That entails being gentle with yourself and loving yourself. Do things that you love and like without having to have anyone in particular. After a while start out with a volunteer project or just helping people. Watch funny movies. Write down positive things about yourself and look at the list every single day. Give it time. Everyone recovers differently. Be open to all kinds of love when using this video.

Thank you for these videos. I'm addicted to them lol. Each one evokes a slightly different feeling for me. This is the second time I've watched this one. I went to work today after the first time of watching it and I felt love all around me. The only downside is I now have a man at work that continuously asks me to go out of town with him even though I've told him no and that I am not interested. He hangs around the store and keeps asking over and over why I won't go out with him. I'm not purposely blocking a romantic relationship, there is something about him that bothers me and sets off alarm bells for me. But other than that, the outpouring of love I felt was like none other. Thank you so much. I will continue watching and receiving.

@@RestRelaxationReiki I know this video is old but I’ve had a similar experience doing reiki for finding love I definitely get interested ppl suddenly and I too am not blocking love not to be mean they are losers one is a cheating the one doesn’t really want to get know me cept in the let’s say biblical way and that is not what I’m looking for the other is well let’s see a 50 year old man who still lives and also has with his parents and makes promises he doesn’t keep when I’m not that impressed with him in first place…… I don’t think that’s being objective not negative I’m looking for someone I can trust and has SOMETHING going on for him and definitely has common interests I feel like they got their chance to idk give me a good reason but none of them I get good vibes from or see a future with without disappointment or pain. I’m hoping this is just idk like the dust stirring and my diamond In the rough is out there

Whenever she holds up her hands and starts the reiki i immediately feel all numb and calm. I have recently been broken up with and those thoughts are constantly on my mind. However surprisingly they don't come while receiving the reiki .even if i intentionally try they don't return... Its magical !!!! Healing and soothing ... Thanks a lot !!!
