@@PaulaWilson444 Chiropractic and physical therapy has really helped me a lot. Also Tracy Anderson has some interesting work out videos that was very healing for me as well. It gets deep in the muscle and reaches in places most exercise does not.

I'm not sure. It's different for everyone.

I always fight these kinds of videos. People at my church say these videos are witchcraft, but I don’t know that I believe that. When I feel the Energy it feels the same as if I were being prayed for. My church has kind of ruined these types of videos for me, thinking when I’m watching them I’m giving in to witchcraft. Is that true?

I'm sorry to hear that. I would say go with your intuition. Is that not our connection with the divine?I get this question a lot. I'm not sure why some people think it is witchcraft. If they took the time to investigate perhaps they would arrive at a different opinion. Reiki can NEVER be used in a harmful way. It is truly a divine gift from source. Even Jesus said that we all have the same abilities that he had. We are all healers most are to quick to give up their power and think they have to find it outside themselves. I've dealt with dark forces before and it doesn't feel anything like reiki. Reiki is soothing, calming, and healing not evil.

I have been watching Sunflower Soul Healing here on KZread, and I’ve noticed myself that it is in fact a lot like having hand laid on you, when you’re being prayed for in church. Which in fact after watching for a couple days, I’ve found myself healing and in a better mood.
