Regular menstruation does NOT happen every 15 days! That blood you are bleeding is NOT period blood, and you need to go to a gynecologist NOW!!

Interestingly I felt heat in my thyroid, which is underactive (taking thyroxine) but I know that the pituitary is highly involved in sending the right hormones - a four in one job!!thank you and blessings for the new year.

Thank you Lourdes - I think this was just for me! I had glandular fever 30 years ago from which I have never recovered, causing all sorts of side effects. I think this video will jolt my glands into get working properly! guess I will have to listen to it more than once though. I felt little tickles on my head whilst watching. Hello Lourdes - I guess this will also help with the thyroid - mine is underactive, not receiving enough hormone - I think that glandular fever 30 years ago left all these glands low in energy.
