Thank you for your comment I am a LMT as well - I always forget to ground & protect myself & get so exhausted from my clients I need to do this every day before I go to work

This genuinely works so well omg! I'm an empath and get drained heaps being around a lot of people. My sister is also. We were out last night, were amongst a huge crowd and I felt the need to put this reiki video looped 2x speed (muted) on my phone to protect myself. At the end of the night my sister was saying how drained she felt and how chaotic the energy was where we were. And I was like really? I didn't feel ANY of it, I was blissfully unaware of the energy and was just enjoying the moment. Was not drained at all! The last time I was out with my sister, we were both similarly drained after being in a crowded movie theatre so our empath capacity is similar I think. I have always somewhat hated having empath abilities but having this as protection made me feel invincible! Energy protection is a must for all empaths!!! I will be using this video going forward every time I am out. Thank you so much Lany for this reiki!! Your reiki has literally been life changing 🙏

I had been around some really negative people since yesterday these were people who I myself tried give them positive thoughts and thinking that they would understand a little bit of how life works omg it kept backfiring me and then I became the target I felt so drained and exhausted I came back home prayed so much I was just not myself I felt as though I walked through a storm and now I am here trying to re align myself bring back my inner peace and happiness 🌈
