It's so funny how some people love a sound and some can't stand it. I'm a can't stand it person in terms of ticking clocks.

Normally at work or home it would probably be too much constant noise for me, but I agree it was a nice touch in the session 🥰 Kind of calming in a methodical way I guess lol

I also hope you have strength and peace as you work with the changes to your body that you mentioned. I am sorry you're dealing with that, but I admire the grace with which you've spoken of it. It makes me less afraid about whatever might come in terms of unexpected health changes as well.

That was lovely, though I did become a bit concerned about the back of your hands getting too hot. You come up with the most unique and engaging set ups! I don't want to pressure one way or another, but just adding my two cents: I enjoy the clock. I don't like ticking clocks sometimes in person, esp. if I am trying to go to bed. But during these sessions it's almost like a rhythm to slow down and match your heartbeat to. Very relaxing. And thank you for the reminder at the end "Just for today, do not worry". Blessings.
