They don’t actually show anything other than pieced together clips of different lion prides. Pretending it’s all the same pride

I have to admit something. If this particular voice-over guy wasn't the voice in these videos, not sure I'd even watch them. His voice brings the videos to life!

By far my favourite series “savage kingdom” and the best narrator in the business….ever. People think they just collect random animal footage and make stories up but they are pretty accurate with what’s going on. They watch these animals so closely for months, sometimes years so pretty much all of their info is fact. Such an amazing first hand experience of the wildest continents survival of the strongest . Thank you Nat Geo and the teams that back your channel dedicating so much if their lives to bringing these true stories of survival to us all. Such a commitment I for one am extremely grateful for.

This Savage Kingdom series of documentaries, are probably the best wildlife docos I've seen since a child back in the 80's. In the 80's the footage was very similar to this minus the obvious technical advantages of today such as picture clarity, slow mo etc, but the narration most of the time reminds me of Charles Dance, it was just so personal and imaginative with a voice to boot. Maybe it was Charles Dance back then also, he sure sounds like one of them. I know that guy from Star Trek, Leonard Nimoy, was definitely one of them (the one with pointy ears), like Charles Dance, he also was excellent.

And as a citizen of 🇧🇼 I still say, thank you National Geographic for sharing the beauty of our mighty Delta with the world at large👏🏽

Of all the places in Africa I would love to visit, the Okavavango delta would be #1. 😊 Love from eastern US. And yes I despize our so caIIed (warmongering) Ieaders. They do not speak for me.

The magnificence of wildlife cannot be described in words, nor can the professionalism of National Geographic in conveying this magnificence to us. Every shot, every scene, every sound effect and soundtrack has its own magic. Thank you very much.

I have watched documentaries and I cannot see or rather would listen to a narrator that is british. They have the tones, they have a great way of speaking. Whereas Americans just don't sound that great to me. What an excellent series.

@christophermorgan3261 My family did to. I forgot about that. They still have the magazine but it is pretty expensive. Last I remember it was about $100 a year for 12 copies. Once a month magazine. I think I'm going to do that again. It is probable cheaper to read it online but I rather read it from a magazine. Just like I rather read a newspaper then reading it online.

I have watched this entire series twice. And will watch it again .

The best voicing done on all Nat Geo documentaries are by Charles Dance [this one is by him] and Gillian Burke [Lazy Teenage Leopard Journey to Become a REAL Hunter and Olimba: The New Leopard Queen of Luangwa Valley]

The only problem with this series now is that with the random titles i don't know where to start or continue

While I enjoy the narration and story... I understand these animals don't really think like we do. But it's still so fun and enjoyable

This is a Cool show but I wish Nat Geo would put the Savage Kingdom in their playlist in the order each episode originally came out. I think it's missing some episodes to.

I AGREE 150% HYENAS R MY MOST UNFAVORITE ANIMALS bcause of their habits+ customs, 2 place goes to mosquitoes bcause they often carry diseases 3 place is shared by rabbits + guinea pigs for personal reasons.
