I've been very impressed with value gear. tried their sand bags and tents and tarps sets and found them to be very good. brilliant value too. nice work on the Jeep Andy
Every time you hear Andy’s nose whistle an angel gets its wings.😁
Fantastic video, love the choice of music.
Excellent tutorial! Every time you dry brush, you keep finding more awesome details! Added to my faves! - Trevor
Never throw kits away! This has got to be my favorite one yet! You've unknowingly replicated how I first got into modeling from a very young age ( although a LOT cleaner on your part). Keep em comin, cheers

I wish we had store like yours in England, from what I’ve seen through your videos you must stock every model under the sun , great videos by the way
Another great tutorial video for newbie like me. I like the scratchbuilt part. Love the classical music too. Keep up the good work Andy !

Good afternoon. This is great stuff! I've got a pricey 1/32 Ultimate soldier M3 metal halftrack with a broken bogey assembly from a move. I've also got one of those inexpensive NewRay battery powered halftracks that possible could donate parts to make the Ultimate Soldier one roll again. Rehabs are fun and make great use out of the spares bin. Thanks, Andy!
Great work Andy! and great inspiration!
I love value gear and they are always very nice,would recommend them for some great detailing on your tanks and soft skins.
very nice video Andy, and the jeep looks great with the value pack.
Love what you've done with this, certainly given me some fresh ideas
wow this seems really great, Andy!
Verry nice video Andy, keep them comming please !
Value gear is good stuff.
Great video. Please note - any equipment on the hood will interfere with the twin Vickers MGs. These Regiment guys wrote the book on loading equipment on jeeps and there are a ton of pictures to help you. Thanks for all your tips.
Haha I got the exact same compressor! Really distinctive sound
Hi Andy. I find best way of glueing parts where you don't want any squeeze-out is to actually use a fingertip to apply the cement. The valleys in the print allow a nice thin layer to be applied while the ridges wipe off the excess. Obviously this should only be done with poly cement, not CA.
Great video/tutorial!
Excellent video, very creative!!!

Excellent !!
Just one historical note. In the desert, Jerry cans with water were marked with a white stripe around them (British and Italian) or marked with a white "W" (German).
So COOL!
Can you build a JagdTiger from Tamiya pls. I've wanted others to do it but I think you'll do the best with it. Thank you!! And nice kit.
Very nice
hi from GREECE!!!Very nice video well done!!!!i try find from one of your video that for my models that too cach but i dont find in market how i can order and from you i can???for 1,32 scale....thanks...
Great tutorial!; I know this video goes a bit back, but I have a quick question for you: Working on the same kit, primed in Tamiya Fine Grey and painted with Tamiya Lacker spray paint in Olive Drab; can I use now wash paints like Citadel Agrax Earthshade straight into the model?, or being enamel paints they would require a prior clear coat? (Not really clear as the clear spray can is also Tamiya and I’m assuming is also Lacker no?). I do have a hand full of Citadel primer spray in several colors, but someone told me not to use them if I was using the Tamiya Lacker as they are meant for Enamel paint only). Thank you for any help 😊
Hi Andy, first of all nice build :). Love the detail. I noticed the strap you used and in the instruction it also mentions a strap. I don't have this in the kit. Does it come with the kit? Also do you have a video on how to do the water canteen straps? I've tried and it doesn't quite work out as well using the plastic on the moulding . Or can you do a video please? Thanks

Andy how about doing the tamiya sas jeep?
Hi Andy. A good video, but I'm a bit confused about the jerrycans, surely they would have been knotted on top, so as to release them, gluing them doesn't look that realistic. Also I don't recall ever seeing jerrycans on the bonnets of the SAS jeeps, a full jerrycan is heavy and might interfere with other equipement like the guns.
Do you have any sherman fireflys for sale? I looked on your website but saw none.
Hi Andy, you have produced another great video. I have just one question if I may, I notice you never seem to use a undercoat/primer on your kits or the Value Gear, why is this? Many Thanks, Les
@AndysHobbyHeadquarters

+Les Thiele I don't ever use primer, never found a reason for it .,but I do spray all my models with nato black or black as a shadow coat.
Hey Andy , Excellent video as always. Do you ship your products from your website to Canada, because every time I click continue it says it was not able to calculate the shipping to my address ? Your site is really nice and well stocked. Thank you :)

Andy, I have a question that's probing me since I started scale modeling..the question is that I use Artist Arcyllic Paint for my models and I've seen people using Model Arcyllic Paint... so should I use Artist Acrylic paint or Model Arcyllic Paint?
@AndysHobbyHeadquarters

+BoonGamingYT if the artist ones work that's fine i would think model ones are easier

How I wish I have a hobbyshop like yours around my area. Everytime I need spares or model kits I need to drive around 3hours to the nearest hobby store and most of the time the store keeper will tell me I only carry Tamiya and nothing else :(

LOL I hope those Jerry Cans are for Water only because if I were the enemy I'd shoot at those and make a Molotov Jeep out of the vehicle and occupants.

Jim's Inkspot you can't shoot a jerky can with gas and have it explode, it would just leak
@rhapsodyjose2277
7 жыл бұрын
CaptainNoCrunch That would be correct especially if the can is full since it will be lacking a very important element which is oxygen.

Still, if one of the jerry cans gets hit and starts leaking fuel, it might drip onto the engine block and catch fire.
my SAS jeep needs rehab. too much russian vodka.
