This time, we visited “Boulagerie Kurumi”, which opened in October 2009 in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. A 15-minute walk from Shichiri Station on the Tobu Noda Line. There is also a parking lot so don't worry!
★Kurumi's bread is very particular about the dough, with 2-3 types of dough mixed in. Most of the dough uses various "seeds".
★The most popular item is the ultimate bread, which is made by wrapping salty butter cream in brioche dough and topping it with macaron dough before baking. At the time of the photo shoot, there was a regular customer who bought more than 10 pieces per person.
★"Kurumi" is the name of a young lady. This is because I want everyone to love me and I want to cherish everyone involved in the store like family.

Aside from someone really needing to do some serious deep cleaning in the work area, I was impressed with the speed and selection.
I’ve never seen such a wonderful bakery. The variety, presentation is excellent. So much to choose from and all looks so delicious.

I love their alarm sound instead of that beeping sound like all the other videos I have watched…I have to mute the tv in order to enjoy watching…but this video makes my ears happy 😄

とっても柔らかそうな生地だったりしっかりした生地だったり焼き上がる前からとても楽しい♪ パン屋さんのパンってちょっと高いかな？って思ったりするけどすごく手間暇かかってるし当たり前か！ いつかこちらのパン食べてみたいなぁ（＾◇＾）

I agree they could do with giving the place a good scrub, then wash the walls and repaint in a hard wearing paint for commercial kitchens or even metal sheet the walls once they have cleaned them. They do a really good variety of bread products and business seams good.
