Regrading a muddy wet yard with the new skid steer

Ойын-сауық

BAD work! Some contractor removed a house BUT abandoned the yard & left it a Muddy mess. no seed, no erosion control, garbage scattered, rough & ungraded. Let's see what we fix.

I think the best part of the video is the time time you spent with the neighbor, it probably made his day for several reasons. He received confirmation from you that the job done on the lot across from his home was a hot mess and violated standards. He got to talk about his restored tractor and share his knowledge on the rare single arm loader on the front. You removed the posts and cleaned up area, I'm sure as neighborly jester and to thank him for showing off his tractor to you. While conditions didn't let you do the work to your standards, I am sure he was so happy it was done and it saved him a lot of worry, work and/or money and he won't forget that in the future. Thanks Stan for demonstrating that it doesn't take a lot of effort to be a good neighbor.

Stan that cub cadet lowboy brings back memories that was our main grading tool with a York rake on the back in the 70s into the 80s then came a skid steer with a Harley rake what a difference and time saver. Although my dad could grade a site perfectly with the York rake

Hey Stan, just wanted to give you a shout-out and say thank you for inspiring me to take the plunge. I’m filing for my LLC in a couple weeks and I already have my first two recurring jobs mowing lawns for this summer. I’ve been watching your videos for a few years now (I was watching back when you were putting out the Dirt Monkey University videos) and the whole time I’ve felt this pull towards lawn care and this year things finally started dropping into place for me to take the plunge, so thank you. Without your channel I probably wouldn’t have ever considered it. Also, if you haven’t tried it, bubly sparkling water. So far cherry flavor is my favorite, with black raspberry a close second. They have a bit of a tonic water taste to them but once you get used to it it’s kind of refreshing. Thanks again for inspiring me and keep up everything you do!
