This video spoke to my soul. I’m noticing I’m more closed in because people are mean. And when I do have encounters it’s replaying in my head for days…I have to let this go. I know it’s coming from insecurity, wanting people to like me. Self hatred. It’s hard but getting better because of videos like this. Thank you for your message 🙏
