No professional can flourish in our unprofessional environment. Ask Bunny Shaw, Cedella Marley, Leon Bailey and Hallgrimson. Until we get rid of the current JFF administration, we will continue to stumble. Some of the bloggers, persons like you Ryan, are too simplistic in your thinking. We don’t have a player or coach problem, we have an administration problem. Our situation is much more than losing three games at the Copa.

We as the fans need to reason logical and stop reason with feelings. If the coach got the team to increase their ranking on the world scale, it is obvious that he was doing better than the previous coaches. I personally seen a significant growth in the team. We are lacking in patience and a set of ungrateful people.

The brain of the operation has to be up to standard in other for everything to work properly. For years we have a malfunctioning head of the football. The coach alone cannot do it, the players alone cannot do it. We need a entire new staff at the JFF. Too much curruption and unprofessionalism.

This is not a quick fix The JFF wants a quick fix. We do not want to star from the basics. We as a society, not only the JFF lacks the discipline to adhere to rules. We are so egotistic, believe that we are good, but are we really that good? We belive we can beat teams when it really matters? We talk a lot and often times it is because we are not in the position. When we are in the position, then we we will blow a different whistle. Everybody becomes the coach and they know what to do, but give them the job?

Yes i know that the coach is responsible for the team and its performance. But lets be real here jamaica football and its program is pure trash. The caribbean football is just good for regional tournaments. Whether its trinidad and tobago , barbados , grenada etc. The programs need more professional and robust development. Im looking past being a fan and im.looking deeper into the the problem. Until the sytem changes and they stop lurking around the.english borders looking for a catch of foreign players the results will remain the same.Charity starts at home . if no changes are made with caribbean football, you are going to continue to have these embarassing results time and time again.
