This is one of the most difficult federation to work with players of different parts of the world ,the media etc makes it a difficult task I particularly likes what he has said lots of data to work with key elements of any programs .

I think some of unfortunate comments from the youtubers is a big reason for him to quit at this time. I was very surprised of the disrespect from some of them.

The fool And his money will always depart. They find themselves with a little surplus of cash so now they’re going to payoff this outgoing coach contract and also paying a new coach contract and then they’ll be starting to complaining once again they have no money for the players.

structurally, he has improved the Jamaica national team and made the JFF look at themselves, but technically and tactically, the team has gone backwards except defensively. We now resemble the England national side at this moment . This is what you get when you recruit someone with a conservative footballing outlook from a conservative background such as Iceland .But thanks for the memeories Helgar

I think that they never learn. The ignorance is deffenning. Whether it be a road project or a national football project. The ones that always get the blame is the ones that make the sacrafice. How about all the international players being fired, just like the coach ... then see whats left - rubble, people with dreams and unreal expectations. Very disappointing ending to this journey. Why not just use the opportunity for a learning curve, then build from there. Show me how you are going quick pick-up an 'best available' international team, then have them do a rehearsal or practice within 2-3 weeks, then have them play against clearly established teams with people who have been trained to clinically execute soccer at its highest level, in the highest competive leagues ... since thier eyes are below thier knees - under varied extreme condition and circumsrances, who has also been tested, reserved and strategically selected to get the job done on the day ... they all got the job done. We are getting there for christ sake ... one day at a time. Some JFF members, and possibly ... the majority of the Premier League players ... have possibly never even seen what a Good fascility looks like - not excellent, much less to be trained in one of these complexes. There is a big difference between those who Know and those who Dream on. STOP the Bad Behaviour! Your ignorance is also on display ... Keep Dreaming on, and continue to Disrespect the People ... who make Hard Sacrafices to get the Nation there as a whole, then see how far Ignorance is going to get US???!!! The next chapter ... ???!!! .

Anyone who watches this team perform and think this coach is anywhere near close to a good coach or should retain his job is as c as the coach himself. Good to average players lead by bad coaching is a terrible thing. The EYE TEST is all you need to go by. This team was easily the worst in the tournament. My advice to this incompetent federation is reach out to out to Rene Simone’s and have him help you recruit a coach from south or Central America. He’s had success here and knows the kind of leadership attitude it takes for a coach to be successful here. This kinda mediocre representation in the national shirt cannot continue and it is embarrassing!

I agree with most things you said. However, I disagree with calling on Rene Simones. That's in the past. Call on coaches from countries that have proven to win. Coaches from Spain, Italy, Croatia.. Stop this nostalgic 1998 Rene Simones love fest. That's over......look forward, football has changed.

When was the only time our football was in a good consistent place and under which coach? Yeah exactly Simoes. Use his services to do a coach search not to coach. He’s witnessed the culture first hand. He knows what it takes When has a Croatian coach won anything? The idiots running the clown ship aka JFF are so dumb they can’t do the simplest of things correctly. The only time our football was structured was under a South American.

The team can't even put five passes together, can't even win the second ball the midfield is none exist just long ball no creativity in attack kmt what improvements uno a talk bout? With the players at is disposal him should be ashamed of himself.
