Aaj kal to bhut se small area main sikh temples main bhi ,lima kaa kaam start hogaya hai,u can go there easily get,lima after some setting they can show the fake certification, &they need people for gurdwara sahib ,that is good way ,,after refugee claim ,

Most likely no. Kyunki tuhi india ch khatra dasya va tey odey basis tey asylum laaya va. Par taanvi ek vaar embassy ch gal kr lyo yaan kise lawyer nal. Best of luck

With expired passport, you have to get it renewed if in case you you it back from immigration refugee board and tgen apply for new passport for travelling.

I was exactly looking for this information. Thank you sir. You speak the truth about LMIAs and Refugee claim. a lawyer from Calgary also mentioned to me the CCPC process. How to meet you sir. I'm in Calgary.

He is right in this. Dont file refugee if u r indian passport holder. Ur case will be refused. India is considered as well reputated country so whatever u describe in ur case its not that easy that u will get asylum. Once ur case is refused and even after appeals u still get refusals at the end u will lost ur status and will be in deportation list.

ਇਹ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਬ‌ LMIA buy ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ and fraudulent visitor visa ਨੂੰ normalize ਕਰ ਰਹੇ‌ ਆ. He's not setting the right precedence for that perspective.

In Canada only CPHR Professionals ( who are hired by law firms and immigration firms ) are authorized to charge money for recruitment based services. Its a professional service. If employer who gives the LMIA charges you for LMIA, its illegal.
