These days it's also wise to have BOXED MILK+tomato+Custard paste for emergencies as doesn't need to go in fridge only once opened. For emergency and being prepared for whatever Buy gas mask and bullet stab proof vest( optional). Trust INSTINCS please and if you ARE NOT ALERGIC to NUTS then PLEASE eat 1 walnut a day to CURE migraines as they are high in MAGNESIUM. Drink water BEFORE eating NEVER after food to avoid coughing/ seizure / stroke/ heart pain. Too much orange juice also causes chest pains especially whilst slouching when sitting due to too much VIT C. Never lay down/swim / have s**, exercise , showering straight after eating food please as it encourages heart attack/ stroke/ seizure / fits. - If U want to Live longer drink black seed oil 1teaspoon per day. Go to NATURE , walk bare feet on grass in your garden. Get plants for your home. Severe lack of Vitamin B in body causes ENLARGED Heart kidneys. So please CHANGE NOW. Include half of your plate with salads. If you want to be more flexible and bones more stronger then PLEASE consider eating and drinking on grass/ carpet / rug rather than sitting on chair at the table which is REALLY bad for health and digestion- this is why I wear loose bottoms/ clothes so it's easy to sit and bend legs. There are some lebenese/ asian restaraunts that encourage sitting down on a cushion/ they have comfortable large seats. Also many people through the Grace Of God are sitting on the carpet/ takhut ( low wooden table) covered with lino. - save your joints for laters. Great for digestion.

Because I live alone, and have nobody else touching my fridge, I'm able to keep it as clean and organized as I want it to be, which thing does make me happy! I see that somebody has excellent taste in butter, with several packages of Kerrygold in the fridge. Best butter EVER!

very nice , but storing cut veggies and fruits will lead to loss of nutrients from it, fruits and veggies are meant to eat within a day or two and not to consume it cut and stored in fridge

Could be that they have enough people in the house to easily justify cutting the vegetables for snacks, lunches, etc. Not for you to tell them what to do in their own home.

Do not cut vegetables and store them so that they do not wilt, just wash and store them as they are and chop them when using ❤

I entered the comment section and kept scrolling to find that one person that would tell everybody they should NOT cut vegetables and store 'em hahahaha thankfully I finally found ur comment. I mean I wish we could just cut it and use when needed, life could be easier but that's not so good

Well. Some foods do ok when prepped ahead. Onions, can keep quite a few days when diced, carrots and celery will remain useable but will dehydrate unless you wrap them in a damp cloth or kitchen towel. Hard fruits on the other hand will oxidize rapidly unless you add an acid and i dunno about you but i dont like my apple tasking of lemon juice. Potatoes, lettuce all oxidizes or rusts as well. Soft fruits like melons can keep a long time at room temperature when whole but once you cut them up the air contact with the flesh triggers the enzymes and the decaying process is accelerated. I'm a big fan of prepping, but only 1 day ahead. Food producers go to great lenghts to develop the packaging materials that ensure the longevity of their products. I myseld prefer keeping to the original packaging until use, and when I'm down to 2 carrots and I need to add a new supply, then sure prep the last of the old stock and put it in a nice snazzy clear container so that you cant miss it for your next meal preparation or store it in the freezer as ready to add ingredient for a rapid soup.
I wish my life was as full of great stuff and organized as this fridge

I absolutely love this organization of your fridge. The best part for me are the amazing containers which I know helps to drain moisture from the fruits and veggies and prolong their life span. Thank you for sharing your life with us as it truly serves as motivation for each one of us to improve our own lives based on our lifestyle and budget. Its so sad that a lot of people feel the need to criticize or make negative comments simply because they live differently. I currently have a large stand up freezer in my garage that houses all our meats, one fridge in the basement for all our bottle water/wine/juices etc, Used more for entertaining and our main fridge which is just as stocked as yours. We are a family that prefers to cook daily rather than eating out so we must stock up. When the fruits are washed and prepped, it makes it easier for everyone to consume. Thanks again for sharing
