Always nice to see you shutting a raiden jax player down. Quick question, do controllers have a toggle mic option? Since whenever I want to talk I have to go into the voice chat menu to turn my mic on. (I swear I don't say anything bad trust me😊)

I mentioned this on a different video with the same context. Basically down 2 is a thing scrubs from mk11 use to spam as wakeup in a panic to get cheap dmg for refusing to block when their turn is not their own. Rather than being patient they play reckless and get rewarded. This raiden did that then proceeded to run a whole round to avoid fighting me. Hope that somewhat explains it. Also thanks for the compliment

Honestly running away is a strat of mine I use against a smoke player at school since heading in brute force doesn’t work, but the staying away doesn’t work with other characters but my Liu Kang for some reason gets to him, I tell my friend to try and play other characters but he just plays Smoke, and all he does is spam forward A (Or for PlayStation ⭕) and Uppercut calling it “meta” and does the same Combo (He doesn’t do anything else but that same combo, remind you of someone? [Hint: there is a 6 in his name but my friend gets salty instead of crying which is better]) (Also I’m using my alt account since I realized I gave this email account no restrictions on age)

Yeah smoke can be tricky, but I have him figured out 60/40% of the time either it be with raiden or sub zero... they mostly play the same and I'm aware on how to counter him most of the time.

@@ToxicJosh I’m guessing this didn’t take much time for you figure out as it did for me, he just decided to use Reiko but still do the same stuff, My Sub-Zero somehow counters this

@@Interstar_Takahashi sort of, it depends on the gimic being used... it took me many matches on release to get familar with smoke. In time comes improvement, and with that comes gameplay adjustments which is how i learned against reiko and smoke. Figure it should be the same for you.
