This foot work will win a fight 90% of the time.. Never throwing balance off center line and keep staunch structure. Only comes with confidence in the techniques and practice with a resisting partner.

i was taught to look at the opponent eyes when fighting. Although, in boxing, you're supposed to look at the opponent shoulders to know which arms he's gonna used to punch. you need to constantly practice and doing drills to be proficience.

Nothing completely wrong with looking at the eyes of an opponent. But imo it's situational. An amateur will look at what they plan to do. And experts will not. So looking at the eyes can be a good indicator if you're dealing with an amateur or an expert or someone with some experience.

You won't see this in real fight as it is a demo of a principle here. But if you use the principle of predicting your opponent's movement when sparring and you will understand

You don't have to listen to the way he speaks but his actions speak louder than words? He puts himself in a position where he can strike with maximum force I think just from watching his videos you can learn alot and open ur mind to an interesting art? And the answer to ur question yes this will work in the real world 100%
