Hi RoadGlide. Had so much fun on this trip. Wait till you see the footage up north of the redwood forest. Incredible. Kevin and I are always teasing with the Honda/Harley setups, but you’re right, both great machines. They both handled the trip with ease. I’m still surprised with how well the Goldwing handled fully loaded with a trailer. Amazing touring bikes.

@@DJ_OnAWing Well you know Honda builds many things right? Some of which are their renowned Formula One engines & Aircraft. It’s well within Honda’s realm of Honda’s engineering prowess to create a balanced super tourer. You are testament to that. 👍🏻

It’s pretty going up through the grapevine. I think the fire is now fully contained, but riding through there, the hills are black and gray now. Stay safe!
If you guys think those brown treeless hills are beautiful, it just gets better the further north you go. I live up in Crescent City and I am surrounded by huge redwoods and firs. I can throw a rock and hit them if I wanted to. You're going to love it up here.

Thanks for watching and commenting. Yeah, the Redwoods were absolutely gorgeous. Crescent City is beautiful. Loved the view from the Crescent City Beach Lookout.
I think I’ll make sure that my trailer is loaded enough to help with wind stability. 😮

I was fully loaded in the trailer. It was just that one section that was a little crazy. Gusts that must have been upwards of 80/85mph. Even in that wind though, the trailer held steady.
