I would have gone back and watched the test-fit video again to see what happened. haha of course you only need a tiny touch up of paint. What's it nailing into? It looks great! a little wood paste of the right color and some trim will be fine. Nobody will notice these issues. A great learning experience and again nobody will notice the things you see. Dealing with uneven everything makes it hard. Trim the same stain color. Looks like some green paint is needed along the right edge of the bedroom door.

"Probably gonna take less than an hour" lol. The stain absorbed and swelled those panels i bet. I do like the colors, looks like a billiard room

i think i was over an hour during only the second panel 😂

don't you love when nothing is square so YOU making YOUR cut square fucks everything up? lol That's why I don't measure when I can trace or mark in place. Then you just have to trust the line you made.
