@MiIndiaSupport Very Disappointed with MI 12 pro plus 5g Phone which i had purchased on 8th March 2023 and observed that rear camera quality is very bad and informed the same to store person and even to customer care on the next day of purchase but none of them had help to get it rectified and even had ask what to do next as the issue is highlighted to the store on the 2nd day of purchase and even the store person had checked the device and observed the camera issue persist. (I.e. when i use camera the pics are blurr ans even checked all settings in device but no luck) I had raised the complain with customer support and registered the case on 20th March 2023 as store person dont help to get it replaced or resolved and today they have closed my complain without any solution and raise a new complain with the same issue ... very poor service and would not recommend anyone to buy redmi note 12 pro + 5 g specially ...flop model

If u are a redmi user .. like me I'm using redmi note 10 pro so for me redmi note 12 pro feels the same nothing new same boxy design redmi note 12 pro 50 megapixel lens is good but not good optimize... If u like more colours go for realme 10 pro plus ... Redmi note 12 pro 50 mipix cam take little bit dull pics if u are used to Samsung realme opps type camera go for realme .. I'm disappointed with redmi note 12 pro because it is overpriced it should be 20k phone not 25k I'm using redmi note10 pro purchase at 17k I have almost same specifications like redmi note 12 pro...

@@dhruvil8 I am changing over from Redmi Note 10 Pro max to Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G ... I found both phone speakers to be nearly the same in Loudness... I would give it around 7/10 to old phone and 7.5/10 for new phone.. loudness is equal in both but the new phone sound is slightly clearer .. absolutely fine for daily casual use.

@@manjurulashique8939 I wish i could answer your question, but I use phone for work purpose only. Still, Camera is used for photographing work documents ... for this camera is absolutely ok .. ( I am not into selfies and video recordings, so I have no comment on quality of camera for these type of functions which are the main requirements for the youth ) Battery backup is absolutely sufficient for me as I only use the phone to make calls and some whatsapp messaging .. which in total is less than 30 mins a day .. by the end of the day I am still left with around 60% battery life .. ( I dont watch videos or play mobile games on the phone so I have no comment on high screen time which are the main requirements for the youth..) As the phone costs around 25 thousand rupees, I would recommend you also watch some more reviews so that you make an informed decision about buying this phone. Wishing you the best.
