Hilarious. Verge of world war, racism is school curriculum, massive inflation, nothing being made, dying country, hate is celebrated, really confused pres that doesn't know what year it is, child trafficking rising, rich getting poor, poor getting poorer, country running out of food, riots, protection being defunded, but the orange man had upsetting tweets. So hooray I guess.

Speaking of practical jokes on the audience; The guys that made Kentucky Fried Movie wanted to call the movie: "FREE POPCORN"

Years ago I was in a band, and one of the members wanted to call ourselves "FREE BEER" to trick people into coming to our shows at bars. I thought no bar would ever put that on a sign regardless of our name, and that it was too gimmicky, so we went with something else. (Also to avoid having everyone at every show being super angry as soon as they learned our name, and that the beer wasn't free.) Although in retrospect we probably should've tried it, because people certainly weren't coming for the music.

I've always dreamed of a scene in a Gremlins sequel where Gremlins infiltrate an airplane and one of them goes out on the wing and sitting at the window seat is none other than William Shatner! Recreating the iconic Twilight Zone episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet"!

One thing about the 80's. Is you saw a lot of people in movies and TV shows that would grind oranges to make orange juice. I have no idea why that was a thing in the 80's as I never saw anyone do that in real life.

Hey I'm watching this 4 years and several months later! The algorithm didn't work

They've already given a premise: Billy is a member of President Clamp's Cabinet, when Gizmo has an accident and pops out more Mogwais. [Insert Disaster] distracts Billy at just the wrong time and Mogwai transform and multiply all over DC. The options for visual humor are limitless. Imagine a scene where tourists show up to take a picture of the Lincoln Monument. Only when the camera pans out, it's now the Gremlin Monument.

All jokes aside, I think the pitch for Gremlins 3, hurricane flooding, in the white house and congress.... I think that is a genuine movie pitch

Gremlins 3 should end in a way that wouldn't leave open direct sequels. Gizmo would have to make the ultimate heroes sacrifice. It should end like Logan, where there is a battle between a younger, meaner version of Gizmo. They could bring back the Brain Gremlin and say he survived by cloning himself, and created a Gizmo clone for the government. There's a lot you could do with President Clamp. Imagine a Lee Harvey Oswald Gremlin attempt to assassinate the president but he survives like Reagan. Bring back Greta the female Gremlin and have her stand in for Clamp's press secretary, taking questions from Gremlin journalists.
