“Sheds her extra arms” so at crime scenes or places she’s been there’s just random pairs of arms just lying around. It be funny if that was her calling card. The shed arms are posed so the hands make a head shape or peace sign lmao.

@@minablake8122 Maybe the extra arms like, disintegrate, after a while? Or they just dont have fingerprints/don't produce the oil necessary to leave fingerprints on crime scenes.

I absolutely LOVED the way you referenced spiderverse in the intro, "Alright, let's do this one last time." That was incredible. and the animation made me so investeddd

The design is amazing and I love the way you put together this video! But ALSO THAT ANIMATION! Like the effort and aesthetics is just fantastic and I love how you got the style of spider verse while still making it feel personal to your own spider sona. Just an amazing video all round 💕✨

The design is amazing however- WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT HOW NICE THE ANIMATION IS IN THE BEGINNING AND ENDDDD-

9:30 So- I guess you could say she's "toxic" and if you get a blood transfusion from her you'll "slip under"- yes I laughed way to hard at this

My spidersona is based off of the concept of the zombie spider. A spider that is home to a parasite that makes it seem like it’s still alive. I think it would be so cool to have a way to pass on this parasite or make it like you can control a hive mind or see through someone’s vision by “infecting” them. gotta brainstorm more

Ok that is one awesome Spider-Man drawing your character deserves to be on a show and on a movie

This gave me inspiration inspiration to draw my spidersona! I'm going for a goldenwheel spider theme, my special power being spinning real fast, mainly at night, my golden coat Shining, reflecting the light in the town. I think I will go with an ancient Rome kind of style with golds and light browns as a palette, my thing would be being afraid of loosing time, curling up when scared, being super hyper and having a running gag of everyone trying to figure out what my gender is (as aCassgender who loves chaos)

I actually really love this horrifying take on a spider character because Steve Ditko was more famous at the time for writing horror comics, and you can even see this in the first appearance of Spider-Man when he faces the man who murdered his uncle.

your whole comic story intro gave me literal chills

this really makes me want to redesign my spidersona!!! Mine also uses venom but it was strictly a paralysis agent by making those who come in contact drowsy and those injected with it completely pass out. Though I think it would be cool after watching your video to incorporate my artistic skills with the venom to create a cloaking ability.

The fact that you a imated an intro??? And what an amazing concept for a character! Them having a terrifying Form and struggling with how it is perceived is so interesting! This turned out amazing!!

Dude!!!!! Fhfhhdhddh TOP tier I'm screaming the animation is so goooddd so unexpected cbfbbf. loved seeing the whole process of colors and design aspects!!! Also love the approach you took with the whole spooky thing and not the typical pretty/normal aspect of being bitten by a mutant spider lol. When the trailer for the spider verse 2 came out I was so hype I also got into the Spiderman grind but I forgot about it tbh lol but seeing yours gets me all excited and want to work on my own spidersona!!!

I myself also am a very huge Spider-Man fan, and as someone who's been struggling with creating my own spider sona & my own take on Spideys costume this has definitely helped put some perspective on the process and what I should probably focus on more like how the characters would design there suits, the story, the spider that bit them, and what theme's they'd apply to there suits, thank you! This was very different from some of the others I've seen, and it honestly helped a lot more. Have an amazing day or night or anything in-between! i don't have a spider-sona per say but I do have two spiderman characters one a spider-infused human and her partner a giant spider. the spider power is based on the diving bell spider such as limited water-breathing and compressing oxygen and has super move that uses the compressed oxygen as an air push or an air slice ability.

When I heard "Ain't it fun" start playing I almost screamed- I love that song! Anyway, I love this design and the animation bit was hella awesome!

This design and the concept are OS good that I actually want this to be in the spiderverse DAMN

For the arms how about this “When this character grows her arms her instincts kicks in which causes the arms to try and blend in with the surroundings and matches the colors of the suit” I have no idea on how the suit would fix itself though

I really like the idea of a spiderman with a mutation from the spider that gives them extra limbs because it pushes the need that spiderhumans have to have a secret identity by making it so that they realistically cant hide themselves because of these physical mutations, I think this would also make for interesting characterization like maybe we see a character that was formerly popular, which is already knew to most spider man type characters, and push them to be a character that secludes themselves so that no one they cared about gets hurt even bringing them to become a completely different person and see them struggle with that

That's a pretty sick design 👏👏. Powers based on a specific type of spider is a very interesting concept. Like a hulking Huntsman Spider, or a small but deadly Brown Recluse would make for an epic villain or anti-hero.

I'll definitely give you my thoughts when I see it! Also, so that I don't drown my original comment in more edits, I love how horror-hero you went with your Spideysona. I feel like that angle is very underutilized, so between the venom, costume, and body horror aspects I adore this idea for Spider Fang. It was very fun to hear about and see the design process, and the animatics were such an unexpected joy. Keep being your awesome self!

Eeh nah, Mutant mutants were Born with their abilities. Other types of mutants, Like web-crawlers, developed their powers when they got their own genetic material altered after being born
