I remember Nina Dobrev choosing to leave The Vampire Diaries after 6 seasons because she didn't want to end up being a typecast. Props to her, it seems to have been a smart move. With this movie and Love Hard, her acting career definitely seems to be on the up. It's clear that she can pull off a broad range of different roles!

Love hard has pretty low rating, and Nina barely had 3 minutes of screentime in Redeeming love. Wouldn’t exactly call that “on the up”. Maybe in the future she will, but as of yet she hasn’t landed any memorable role since TVD

I actually think it damaged her career. The roles she’s gotten after TVD were only recurring roles, or bad movies that depreciated her acting skills.

Nina dobrev is so good with the badass and seductive acting in the vampire diaries. She good with every acting with whatever movie she does.

Honestly with vampire diaries, she showed off so many sides of acting, she can do almost anything. There is romance, historical drama, supernatural, modern drama, teenage high school stuff, horror… legit the rage is too good. Doing all that and playing 3? Different characters at the same time as well !!

@@Mmeganchan She played 4 characters from all different era's and all different personalities and she changed personalities with elena too for a while because of her humanity switch.

I remember reading this book! The novel was so pure and deep. Never I could imagine that Hollywood would someday film it. Especially with Nina Dobrev, the Kathren from Vampire Diaries! Can't wait to watch it!

Wow! I've read the book more than once and never once imagined it could be made into a movie. It's such a pure book and I'm glad more people would be able to experience it through the movie.

@@Fatmaalexandrahedley Nina plays the mother of the girl who gets taken at 8 or 9 years old by a pedophile who runs an upscale brothel. The story has many layers and the book it's based off is about escaping the situations one is born into, the strength it takes, and how other's prejudices without even bothering to know you can become pitfalls in your life if you let them...and it's a very unique love story...and whole bunch more. It's a big book,lol

@@sabinazhaksybergenov If it's like the book, there should be a lot in the second half of the movie...but it's Hollywood, so no idea if they will.

I just started reading the book today. I already teared up after a few pages. Everyone who has read the book says it’s really raw and filled with emotion. I’m trying really hard to be prepared for all the tears that are going to come in the following chapters.

Oh my! This book is so captivating! I hope this movie does it justice. Going to read the book again while I wait for this movie. 😍

Holy cow, Brian Tyler is composing the soundtrack for this film!! I am absolutely going to weep during this movie. I'm already crying right now. This book is absolutely astounding, and I'm so happy they didn't shy away from the passionate side of the marriage in the trailer, since it is certainly present in the book.

I will watch any movie & show that stars Nina Dobrev. she's an amazing actress. that doesn't seem to get the right script .

Omg I read this novel and this one of my best Christian novel I can’t wait to watch this.

I read this book when I was 14 or 15 and the pain I felt and the emotional and depth. It’s the book you never read again but it’s forever in your heart and memories .

Lots of great actors and actresses in this movie!!! And all in a movie based on my favorite book! I am SO excited to see it!

Redeeming Love..I loved this book. I hope the movie stays true to the book.

im not even christian but I adored this book so much. its a beautiful story of a woman healing herself and choosing to be loved after feeling she is unlovable for so long

Hosea and Gomer were real people in the Old Testament…their lives gives a picture of God’s love ❤️ for his people though we may reject him at times and break his laws he still strives to bring us back to him thru our Savior Jesus Christ…always willing to forgive. He will not force himself on us it is our free choice. Redeeming Love

Oh, I must see this. Tom Lewis is such a great actor. He nails it in the Gentleman Jack series.

The only thing changed I’ve noticed; if you’ve read the book you would notice the mom’s hair is blonde because it says it’s of “golden sunshine on her shoulders” and throughout Sarah’s “angel’s” childhood they say she is an exact replica of her mother. But, I’m fine with that change because I love Nina Doprev in absolutely everything! So so excited to see how they turn this work of art into movie form! Definitely recommend reading the book first! You won’t regret it!

@@susivarga7303 She had gotten pregnant at a young age by a pedophile who kept her prisoner. I believe she was forced into getting an abortion and as a result could not have children anymore b/c something went wrong. As for the STD's, God's protection I'd assume given the storyline.

You know I never heard of this book before but as soon as I saw the trailer I automatically thought Nicholas sparks and then I found out who the author was otherwise I was like oh wow I was way off. This movie looks like it’s going to be a tear jerker

I am very much looking forward to reading the book as well as seeing the movie. The song is also perfect for the message of the movie. God's pure and great love reaches us through incredible methods. This book brought me great comfort and hope that people were kind. Hosea set the expectation too high(Redeeming Love Hosea).
