I swear by this preworkout, it's awesome. The only drawback, you will not sleep if you use this in the evening. Use a low or non stim preworkout for those moments. I wish redcon1 would make exactly this preworkout but without the cafeine.

I also bought unstoppable from dedicated nutrition. I´m going to use that after I finish my tub of total war. Unstoppable also seems to have a good dose of different pump, energy, hydration and performance ingredients.@@feast_good

It's my first time trying this and it was 930pm. I done a 30 mins workout and I felt so tired now. But I can feels the energy during the workout! Hope I can sleep later 😊

I'm glad you tried it though! Everyone's experiences are different with pre-workout. But ya, I can't use Redcon1 anymore. It messes with my day.

I’m in the US (Florida) & I have been taking it for years. Total War is definitely worth it. If you’re a beginner, I recommend half a scoop only.

I think this total war which you are having is Canadian version. The US version is amazing!! The pumps are crazy

Hmm, I'm not a doctor so I can't diagnose symptoms like this. But there are ingredients in pre-workouts that promote sweating or might have sweating as a side effect. I listed all the pre-workout ingredients in Redcon in this article: feastgood.com/redcon1-total-war-review/. Take a look.

This article will make sure you know which ingredients break a fast and which do not when you're assessing pre-workout options. When it comes to Redcon1, it contains Maltodextrin, which WILL break a fast.

I always half scoop any new pre-workout that I test.

I use the stronger formula and still get drowsy and have to take a nap afterwards. Many of them do. It's a very good product, though. I alternate between this and Shifted mainly. I build up a tolerance after using a product for awhile and have to switch to something else.

@@feast_good It's probably my fav. Not as much caffeine as most, but a more even jolt throughout the workout. Shifted Max has more caffeine, but more creatine, which I'm not a fan of, so I usually go with Shifted Premium, which has less.

@@thehappyhermit01 That's good. I'd rather have less caffeine and more consistent energy than a hard hitting boost with a crash. I usually stay away from pre-workouts that have creatine because you need to take creatine on your off days too to be effective, so it wouldn't make sense to take pre-workout on your off days just to get your creatine intake.

I'm surprised this preworkout worked for you, minus the crash. It had zero effect on me-no pump, no focus, no energy no strength lol.

Yes Total war crashes really bad,the energy only last upto 2 hours max even having 320mg caffeine but Nitraflex is far better works upto 4 hours and the caffeine is same

@@ShikhaSingh-xv4fd Haven't tried any of their products. Quickly looked at their website. Not a fan of their ingredient label. Everything is under patented blends where you don't know how much of each ingredient you're getting. I stay away from all products like that.

Honestly gives me opposite effects, I get dizzy and feel super unfocused and just don't want to stand up or do anything, compared to Musashi pre-workout it hits like nothing I find I don't get a pump like Taking Musashi or have the same energy levels that I would, it leaves a spice in my mouth after drinking along with a strong face tingle that makes drinking it feel less like go go juice and more like let's go to hospital because I'm having a bad reaction, it doesn't seem to give me any stomach problems like Musashi does that stuff will give you good pre-workout shits, honest oppionion along side Musashi I wouldn't buy total war again it's not my thing at all its alot cheaper then Musashi and I feel that where I'm getting let down as you get what you pay for
