Get ready to unleash the power of the 1:5 scale Vigilante, the latest marvel in large scale radio control monster trucks. Designed for adrenaline-fueled off-road action, the Vigilante is big and features an earth shaking 8S power system.
At the heart of this giant lies a massive 4985 1250KV brushless motor paired with a 160Amp electronic speed controller (ESC). This monstrous motor and powerful ESC each have their own electric fan for consistent cooling. This 8S powerhouse delivers impressive acceleration and ensures an adrenaline-filled driving experience every time.
Power is nothing without control, and this massive monster truck will shock you with its agile driving characteristics. The Vigilante’s 4-wheel independent suspension allows this gargantuan to barrel over obstacles, glide over bumps, and land jumps without skipping a beat. The four 24mm oil-filled coil-over shocks are completely adjustable and include external limiter straps so the driver can limit suspension travel without disassembling each shock and adding spacers. Simply adjust the limiter straps, to the ride height you want, and continue bashing. The Vigilante also includes a 70kg metal gear digital steering servo, with a bearing supported servo horn for added durability and control.

Absolutely stoked about this release because it’s another great example about a manufacturer that’s listening to its consumers and producing products that are affordable and creating competition between the Big 2 and maybe that will start a battle worthy of competitive pricing and innovation and styling that WE want to see because after all we are dropping serious coin on some of these rigs. Redcat keeps releasing winners one after another and I’m hoping that it’s making the other manufacturers rethink their product line approach and feel uneasy about their sales declining which results in an all out RC battle worthy of waiting to see who and what brings the next eye opening RC that creates the amount of hype that Redcat is clearly getting all the attention to as of right now. They said they aren’t finished yet with releases so I can only imagine what they have planned next. Good times in RC right now.

God I just got the kaiju now about 2wks ago and of course thus comes out and is bigger and looks great 😢😅😊 looks like I'll have to get another summer job now lol

Kaiju is one of my favorite trucks and its a back flipping machine! Excellent stunt truck
The truck looks amazing, but either it's seriously unbalanced from the performance. In the air or the driver is just really bad. Looking forward to more videos, great job, redcat

Balance in on point. So much so that our professional 1/8 scale race driver can whip it in the air. Much like what you would see with MX racing and freestyle. Thank you for your comment.
Used to have a volcano epx pro and that thing broke everytime I looked in it's direction. Let's see how this one goes, I guess.

You guys almost got it right. The taillights are wrong, and the door handle stickers are in the wrong spot. Other than that I say we’ll done. Wish I could afford one right now

Watch the live where it's on the table. Those are 8 inch tires. It looks the size of my Xmaxx and 8s Outcast. I'll know shortly after it's shipped!
