സ്വന്തം പറമ്പിൽ നിന്ന് വിഷ രഹിതമായ ചിര പറിച്ചെടുത്ത് ഭംഗിയായി അരിഞ്ഞെടുത്ത അതിനു ശേഷം ചീനച്ചട്ടി അടുപ്പിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച് ചൂടായ അപ്പോൾ സബോള അതിൽ ഇട്ടു വഴറ്റി അതിൽ ചീരയും ചേർത്തു വളരെ സ്വാദിഷ്ടമായ ചീര മെഴുക്കുപുരട്ടി
