I can't believe the Rays gave Devers an intentional walk with his last at bat yesterday and i thought that was pretty f**king low for them to do!

@@smw381st Not only fun, but that kid's very athletic and inspired. He's one of those defensive players, I think, who will become a good offensive player, too. Lindor is an example that comes to mind. He came to the bigs as a defensive wizard and grew his game.

As a Rays fan I was disappointed in the hitting department. You can’t win a game with a few hits, also you can’t win a game when you can’t score runs and only depend on the pitching to win a game.

Taj Bradley was throwing some nasty pitches in this Game he had 10 strikeouts and congratulations to Rafael Devers on that 6-Game Home Run streak that's the Longest in Boston franchise history.⚾

I love how fast and how much hustle Duran plays with. I hate the Red Soxs. I'm a Yankees fan, but I think Boston has some nice building blocks....Might sound crazy but the Rivalry might mean something this year.

Half the team is on injured reserve right now. They'd be a fringe playoff team if they were healthy, but theres too many guys hurt to compete right now

MLB needs to change the rule for what is a swing. Too many strikeouts in games is boring, and it is happening because umpires on appeal request call everything a swing! They need to go back to using breaking of wrists, not just if the bat comes forward. O'Neill in first inning did not swing, he locked his wrists.

Like balls and strikes, this could be detected and decided by laser automation. The home plate umpire is still needed for other elements of the game, but these two decision points can and should be eliminated from their responsibility.

@@blessedarmadillo8257 I disagree, this is not a video game. We need full management by human beings on the field. No lasers!!!! The decisions on check swing has gotten worse because they changed the rule a few years ago, to say "if bat head gets to the plate" it is a swing. The rule just needs to be changed back to how it was previously. The umpire made no mistake in calling O'Neill for a strike/swing under the current rule ...... it was the rule change that is in error. Too many strikeouts now.

@@VoidCron well tbf he was hitting like .230 until one game where it boosted to .270, that’s just Yoshida tho, he’ll have a week of slumps then have one good game and have everyone go crazy “The Masa Mans getting Hot!” Like no he’s just inconsistent and Mid at Best lol
