You just opened the door to what I call Trucker songs! I'll tell you truckers are some of the biggest saps around! If you liked this there are a few more you need to check out! Roses for Moma Is another punch you in the feels and Wolf Creek Pass will get you sending Burbon through your nose laughing! Really hope you check out more trucker songs! I was an OTR driver for about a year before the stress got to me and started affecting my health and forced me out. But I have a LOAD of respect for my fellow CDL friends! 10/4 over and out!

In the mid 70"s we were driving by a little gas station on Rt 50, in the middle of WV, and saw Red Sovine's tour bus. Of course we had to stop and see if he would sign autograph's. He climbed off that bus as soon as he heard there were kids wanting to meet him. He was the sweetest man, and spent nearly an hour visiting with us. He made a big impression and a fan for life.

My great uncle was in a wheelchair from age 18. He talked all day every day on the cb. Truck drivers sent him post cards from all over and he put them in plastic hangers on each wall. When there wad no more space, he'd take one row down and start a new one. When he passed, the convoy to his grave was quite a sight. His name was Stovepipe and this song always reminds me of him.

But you guys said that you are rock and metal fans right? I’m not really familiar with rock bands, but my kids love the Swedish metal band Sabarton. Have you heard of them? They have a special song about the USA Marines (just for Keith 😉 )Actually they tell war stories (some well known, some unknown) in their songs from all perspectives and sides. I know you react to country music on the channel, but because you gave a shoutout to this amazing Norwegian group, I thought of this metal Swedish band. We love your reactions and your channel.

when I was a little girl my mother listened to Red Sovine. Apparently I loved it and told my grandmother (dad's mom) that I wanted to listen to it. so she bought the CD and when we were in the car she played it and I sung all the songs while she sobbed the entire time without me noticing. She got home and promptly called my mother and told her that she was evil for for subjecting her to that ha. I still cry at many of his songs and think of my grandmother. Its not a popular reaction song so I'm glad you guys did.
