Over the past year, we’ve seen our red panda cubs become quite the daring duo, scaling trees to dizzying heights with ease! 🌳 Red pandas have a special adaptation that helps them with their climbing - flexible ankles! Their fibulas and tibias are attached in a way that allows the fibula to rotate around its axis, making climbing down headfirst from a tree a breeze. 🐾
