Even if they weren't endangered, they're still solitary animals in the wild and should be left alone, but domestication is looking like it'll be more easy with Crispr, so maybe one day...

same here!saw them at the cincinnato zoo a few years ago-they are usually shy-NO THREAT TO HUMANS!and are usually active at night!

Cuteness overload warning! If there ever was a more perfect animal, the red panda is it. Adorable, innocent, curious, intelligent, and playful. People can gush over kittens, and puppies ( which i love) but nothing wins my heart over and corrects a bad, awful, stressful day like red pandas do. I so want one as a companion, but sadly live in a hot climate, and dont want any harm risk for these incredible little guys.

You r mistaken. Even though they r from tropical but exists in high altitude Himalayan mountain range wer temperature low. So it loves snow.....

Red pandas are my second favourite animal after normal pandas. I hate that these pandas are endangered but this just made me smile 😊

I adopted a red panda at Newquay zoo a couple of days ago and hopefully go there in march and go in with them and feed them
