The man who played RDA when no one else did, who encouraged me to play RDA even before Return of the King. The only RDA content creator I take into consideration, the rest are not worthy enough. Zed is the best RDA pilot I've ever seen (imo)

Zedlock isn't the first to push this narrative and nor was he the only RDA player to continue playing the deck. He properly started in DL and then changed ship to MD when others did too.

@@luiscruz3261 It's very difficult to see constant RDA content before the Return of the King pack. Zed brought RDA videos once or twice a month, even though it was a low tier and incomplete deck. This shows how much he liked and have fun with the deck, and it also made me want to try it out. I say that today it's my favorite deck because of it.

Zed you're the reason why I made RDA deck with Bystial variation & Red Demon mode variation. Thank you for making this content as I've won countless duels because of your recipe.

The King, the fire of the Crimson Dragon, and the...master of faster is here (I can't believe that last one is a real thing in the Arc V dub)! I got inspired to play RDA from your videos after opening a ton of packs from the latest one, creating a Bystial version recently, and it's instantly become my all-favorite pet deck. Even bought the structure deck IRL. We RDA enjoyers are but mere messengers of the real king, and we will set the meta ablaze for the glory of Synchro! Hoo-haw, and dear lord I think Fusion academy is winning. We'll get the lighter fuel chief and get us back on top.

Love to see RDA on the spotlight, also you inspired me to play it since few months, good job m8! Also, what do you think about the tyrant rda? You can protect your own monsters with soul effect and be able to wipe out all the lab and rescue ace monsters and spells/traps, even if its true that it is not gonna let you attack with other monsters

Thank you! Tyrant is ok-ish, it has a good spell/trap negate, but if it's against Labrynth... Before we could even get to summon it, Labrinth would just disrupt our combo. XD I would rather play Red Reboot here. Then, Tyrant's destruction effect is subpar against Scarred and Scarlight tbh

I’m using RDA for the Synchro team & Utopia for Xyz with some weak Dark Magician deck for Fusion as my only other option was a weakened Branded deck that I’m out of practice with 😅 It’s just my wishful/foolish thinking but with the theme of the event & with Z-ARC being a card protector reward, I hope the Z-ARC support is coming soon in the next pack

Maxx "C" being banned feels like god-send tbh, but yeah A lot of players now play Veiler and Imperm, some even use Nibiru, somewhat feels like TCG format (well, besides having no pots and side deck). I think Zarc support is almost here (well after Salamngreat support) so looking forward to that!

So at 13:20 you activated crossout to banish one of your Ash to negate the effect of your opponents?

I have one doubt if you only have banish light/dark monster on your zone can you still negate nib with dis pater or only if your enemy has cards in their banish zone

Hi Zed, i have a quick question about soul resonator’s card destruction protection effect: Does it work/can be activated when i control bane? I’m kinda confused rn because his text clearly do mentions “rda” but today in a game when i dueled against purrely, the game does not show the pop up activation command for soul and i could have only chained my traps when my opponent use harpies feather duster and there’s a bane on my field, or maybe there’s a card in their archetype suppressed soul in the gy that i’m not aware of?

Soul's effect triggers if you have a "RDA" or a synchro monster that mentions it (Scarred or Scarlight). Bane is not a "RDA", it's a Hot RDA, that's why Soul effent won't trigger. There's a difference between an "RDA" and a "RDA" monster. "RDA" monster means every monster card that has the name "RDA" on it that include Hot monster, while a text that only specifies "RDA" only means RDA Xd. Great examples are Crimson Gaia and Absoulte Powerforce, thos cards also triggers if you have "RDA" (You can't target Hot RDAs with Absoulte Powerforce)

@@ZedLockYT thank you for the reply, i really appreciate it. I'm aware that neither bane nor his name is treated as RDA. I only thought that Bane is a eligible card for Soul to trigger its effect because he is a synchro and in his effect texts he has that "target 1 RDA in your gy" so i thought maybe that counted as a mention, since i also often play branded too and in branded Quem can special summon Cartesia and Kitt from the gy with her 2nd effect since both of them mention "Fallen of Albaz" in their effects and i thought that would apply here with Bane and Soul as well! Btw great video tho every single RDA videos of yours inspired me sm that i have to build a RDA deck and finally come here to ask you out my confusion about the deck! Pls keep em coming!!

These are event duels, so ranking doesn't matter. If you're asking about my rank, I'm currently at diamond 2, playing less than usual bcuz of personal life XD Win/loss ratio of the deck is about 7/10 and if with bystials 8/10. Less frequently experience bricking or dead hands because of the support

How does RDA play against back-row heavy stuff like Lab and Dinomorphia? I always have trouble against them.
