Red Cod- Yellow Curry Catch & Cook

Making the least popular fish in the sea taste great with my famous coconut cream turmeric, chili curry. Red cod are no real fun to catch as they are sluggish. They are not easy to fillet as you will encounter many bones so at least make them fun to eat. My recipe will not fail to satisfy your appetite. Here is another clip of outdoor cooking with flounder in New Zealand. • Spear it, cook & tear ...

Looks great. North Atlantic cod is full of worms, they life cycle with seals. There are people at the packing stations dedicated to pulling the worms out. No problem as long as it is cooked.

Good stuff mate, I live by myself and harvest my own fish for tea, I've discovered an easy way to cook a feed for one. I use a cheap rice cooker that cost $15 from Target, I add half a cup of rice and one cup of water, it takes about 15 minutes to cook just the rice, I add some veggies with the rice and after 10 minutes add some fish fillets and presto beautiful steamed fish with rice in about 20 minutes from start to finish, just season with whatever tickles your fancy, I had sweet soy and butter last night, and tonight I had ponzu sauce. Damn diddley delicious.
