New Episode of ‘Red Business in Focus’ with Cork’s Local Enterprise Offices. This week we have Caroline Murphy of West Cork Eggs. Caroline’s story takes her from a city chick to country chick. Originally from London she married a dairy farmer and in 2009 and bought 4 hens. This was a decision that was to change her life. Fast forward to today and they now have 3500 free range hens on our family farm near Rosscarbery, West Cork.
