Many people develop mild bumps and inflammation after wax or razor .Although this usually clears up in a few days, but if it gets worst then consult dermat. Ingrown hairs occur when the hair grows and reinserts itself into the hair follicle. Ingrown hairs can cause itchy and sometimes painful bumps that often look like pimples on the skin. Mine happened first time and i itched and scratched and ignored and then it exaggerated. I would say , don’t ignore , just apply ice on affected area and use Aloevera gel . If it exaggerates then u can use calamine lotion to soothe . Also , don’t use physical scrub on fresh pimples , use exfoliating body washes as they works wonders and also removes dead skin cells.
