Jesus! Why are so many here arguing who is the best? I am just fucking relieved that British and American pilots go to war side by side and together they dominate the air! Ask any American pilot who from another country they want flying beside them... they will say the British. Ask any British pilot who from another country they want flying beside them... they will say the Americans. Ask any Russian who they don't want to fight against... they will say those two countries. We both had a family squabble a few hundred years ago, but family is family and today we stand beside each other at all times!

David. I have been fortunate to work alongside the Reds. They work hard to achieve this standard of flying. I have watched them practising on cold Autumnal mornings. Hardly any daylight. Very few onlookers. "Per Ardua Ad Astra"

Makes me proud to be British this. And not many things make me feel like that these days. Good old RAF. Good old Red Arrows. Well done chaps. Hope our American friends enjoyed all the displays they made.

+GreyFox985 all red arrows pilots were originally RAF pilots and it just goes to show that the RAF have better pilots than the USAF but the reason why the USAF are considered more powerful is because it is much bigger

And the requirements to be a Naval aviator are even HIGHER than USAF and RAF :D

The RAF pilots just make it look so easy....... No matter were they fly at airshows... you cannot deny their skill and passion for flight. Brilliant... a marvel of flight and engineering. I hope it was appreciated in New York. looking forward to the 2014 airshows. Bring it on Red Arrows!!!!

Ron Patterson nah.... it’s just like synchronised swimming. In fast jets. With fraction of a second timing. With no computer help. And every second you’re an instant away from death. So, not like synchronised swimming in any way, shape or form..... probably one of the most dangerous and challenging occupations on the planet

I think all the demonstration teams, regardless of nationality, are a thrill to watch. I would love to see them all perform at one single air show.

Really good camera work, I mean professionally good. The Red Arrows never disappoint. Rate them where you want in the league, there are many great display teams, but seeing the Arrows escorting Concorde in 2012 was a thing of beauty.

One of the few things that make me proud to be British :-) my dad was an RAF pilot so I've always had masses of respect for them.

The most astonishing feat is that none of the pilots spill their tea whilst performing these daredevil maneuvers.

the rest of the world can watch and weep. from the early days of the RFC through to today, this is the result. thank you RED ARROWS, you really are THE WORLDS VERY BEST.

These guys show skills and trust in their team mates that is simply breathtaking to watch. I saw the Reds recently at the Yeovilton Air Day and had the pleasure of meeting a couple of the pilots during the day. Yes, these guys mix in with the crowd, chatting & giving away signed photos of the team, approachable, down to earth and utterly charming, a real credit to the RAF and our country. Forget your overpaid egotistical pop & sports "stars", these are the real role models this country needs!

The most amazing display you could ever imagine. 23 minutes of breath-taking aerial precision flying.

I dont see why a lot of people seem to feel the need to argue. I get that you're patriotic, or whatever, but just leave it. All flying display teams, from whatever country, are extremely impressive to watch, so just look on amazed, and admire the skill of the pilots flying the aircraft.

Most people in the uk do not hate you guys. The people on youtube hate just about everything probably including them selves. People forget we have fraught side by side in wars and still are to this day. The people in the UK share the pain of tragedies in the USA such as 911. We have a massive tribute to the people lost in 911 and a fire fighters uniform that was in 911 on display as a tribute to the brave men and women that entered the towers. Even our flags share the same colours.

Grew up watching this in the UK. It's truly wonderful to hear the US audiences appreciation, and makes me look again at something as a Brit I'm used to seeing and think; yeah that's pretty friggin' cool! Very proud or our guys and loving to hear and read the appreciation from our US friends.

I have nothing but total respect for those pilots, how they hold their nerve I have no idea. My stomach goes into knots just watching this film clip.

Just goes to show that you don't need a hi tech aircraft in a display team. Ok, the Red's have used the Hawk TMk 1 since 1980, but it goes to show how popular the aircraft is. The pilots love it, and the crowd love it. PS, went inside their base the other day, watched them practise twice, and got waves from the 9 pilots. Vid can be found on my channel.

1:50 is one of my favorite formations ever takes so much skill to fly that close together and still be able to do the roll in perfect formation

So good to see the original vixen break every one and then. Still the best manoveur by any aerobatic team. Ever.

Great footage and would be worthy of being used for the Reds video debrief which they do after every display. I think the diamond at 3:15 looks a little on the loose side. I've seen them perform alot tigher than that before. They are by far the best display team on the airshow circuit. They make the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds look mundain.

pity they had a low ceiling to work to, i like to see them draw hearts etc with their smoke trails, i live just down the road from their base and watch them train a lot (a perk to living in lincoln)

my dad had the privilige to meet them, sit in their briefing whilst training in cyprus, watch the display on the top of a cliff where they had to almost look down to see the arrows, then he also got to sit in the debriefing, i have the utmost respect for these guys

I live 5 minutes away from their home Base - RAF Scampton. We see them train nearly everyday so great to see them doing us proud across the Pond.

They're so mind-bendingly AWESOME, and you did a wonderful job of filming them! I saw them yesterday at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta, but I was slightly further away so didn't get such a good view, although it was still exciting!!

Have been lucky to see them a few times and they are always amazing . RAF training of fighter pilots is the best in the World. Even the US top brass have been to RAF Valley , Wales to see the simulators there . So glad they keep us safe .
