Never tried these shells...I felt that they were way too overpriced.

They were worth it and affordable

I p.m red apple back in 2022 through social media described this same exact problem to them and got a run around and eventually was ignored by whoever runs their page.

I just called RA because I have alot of these shells and I ws told to make a claim on the RA web page..... WTF?? is any of these easy???

I thought this was because of the factory not putting enought lift in them? Where did you hear it was the whistle mixture?

These were really dangerous. I got lucky and was able to catch these defective shells before fusing them all in a big rack. Could have been bad. I have a video on my channel of when it blew early.

Doug doesn't care... As he told me once: in dont CARE about the fireworks, I'm in marketing. If they outlaw fireworks tomorrow I'll start selling sneakers.

What’s this have to do with the product this year? Every company has an issue with a firework product. 2019 the descale had issues but there was no recall

They deleted all the reviews on the site about this problems.I knew a handful of ppl reporting before the fourth and they didn’t responded at all.

I have 6 sleeves of six shells and I just called RA and I was told I need to fill out a form on the RA apple web page.... How does RA calcuate the refund??

Ive been on the phone with redapple and their service SUCKs harder than anyone esle with customer service.. I was told to fimd a order number from my American Glory shells that EXPLODE in the launchers. NO ONE ARE REDAPPLE CAN HELP AND I WAS TOLD THEY LOST MY INFO. Now WTF am I gonna with all these recalled fireworks that I bought last year AT REDAPPLE?!

I couldn't login on the site. Wanted new password and account. I contacted them since I had no order history. Was told all was lost with website upgrade. Convenient. Luckily I have my emails with order numbers. So try to dig those up if you ordered online. Awaiting someone to confirm a refund for the case I bought. I filled out the form and have emails going back and forth. Hopefully they do the right thing. I spent good $$$ with them last year.

@@toddg8019 Yes sounds like the same story Im going thru. Today Im take all my american glory shells with the reciept from when I bought them. Lets see if RA will honner that ESP since its my Birthday and Im doing all this WTF... RA should stand by their products..

@@toddg8019 I just got to Pahurmp and went to RA and they took all the shells I had left from the case and they offed what I paid for the case +25 if I wanted store credit. I SAID No and want my cash back and I was told they would have to talk with their financial Dep and they would send a check on Monday to my home. Really I felt unconfortable because I wanted my cash back the same way I paid and felt unsafe just waiting but I SURE DIDNT want and WATER DOWNED FIREWORKS as a consolation. I reluctantly give them 6 sleeves from the case of my American Glory case but flet unconfortable and I took of the lady handleing this issue. The RA REP freaked when I took a picture of here another FINE point OF RA. Who wants to bet if I will see any refund and Im in Pahurmp on my Birthday dealing with this CRAP? HElp Im just a honest Pyro that wants to just have fun with fireworks but RA stands in the way of any enjoyment this year for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@kiodiekin because I had that issue too, I still have a whole 24 kit that I’m scared to lite off because they were to dangerous and I didn’t wanna put anyone at risk during my show
