perhaps the Slav Cruiser just using upscaled Natasha's laser marker. Javelin's laser do not extend that long. Your argument is invalid. plus..it is a Slav vessel. anyone can squat in it.

This is one of the most beautiful thing I've seen, you guys are like making your own version of RA3, with all the improved graphics and all~ If there's a personal nitpick from me, I hope the dock will be somehow bigger to prevent the big ships clipping through, and maybe make the Slava's cannon bullets more visible, that thing is really cool. I would reinstall RA3 and download this mod in a heartbeat when it's ready. Until then, my message for the hard working mods is a simple one: 加油!

I pretty love the way the AA emplacements shooting down the missile and how they get overwhelmed if their too much target to shoot down.

Hats off to the devs for this Mod. However, from a personal pov I feel that the changes to the respective faction kinda remove the original flavours from the base game. The soviets units in the vanilla are units that are highly specialized units that are extremely good at what they do. But now we have Dreadnoughts that have AA capacity, and bullfrogs that can attack ground units if I am not mistaken. If the devs can give each faction a distinct playstyle and flavour like the vanilla version it did be great.

I'm going to put some advice for you, except it is already amazingly well done. Well, although the Dreadnoughts' design is ironic, new AA and the bow ASM launchers are very awesome, it lacks anti-missile CIWS. When designing a weapon, expect not only that I can defeat myself, but also sure that I have some method to defend against my weapon. And it is particular for big vessels whose carry a lot things. Allies' Carrier/Hydrofoil are special counters to the Red Navy, and Celestial Empire's Battlecurisers also have some method to defend themselves both against air and missiles. Truly other factions have equipped fewer missiles than the Soviets, it would still count some when soviet vs soviet at multiplay. And it would be neither effective nor realistic to use Slava to do all those intercept duties. It must also have big ships(DN) or small ships(Bullfrog) those capable to do this job, and to me, DN is much fitter, because it may still can fit something on to it. Maybe it is because the model is already crowded, but maybe you can try to fit some CIWS on the side of the stern, or on top of the superstructure of the stern. And I think..perhaps the same thing would happen on the Shogun Battleship? I also worry that is the Imperium Navy really has something to defend them against the Red Navy? And the Imperium Navy of Rising Sun...they really needs these CIWS at a much urgent desire.

My advice concerns on: 1. All factions need not complete, but some decent AA and CIWS. Allies have the most effective methods. And Allies Navy use multiple types of weapons, which is a good example as some of its power could be countered. 2. The Red Navy has heavy usages on ASMs and torpedos, this should be countered at some levels among other 3 factions. If a heavy counter happens and they perform too bad, consider extending the range of the Dreadnought's bow ASM launchers, and the range of the main cannon on Slava. 3. The Celestial Empire focuses on anti-submarines and anti-torpedos, that is very good, and will cause some head pain for both the Red Navy and the Imperium Navy. Yet the anti-missile lasers seems less effective, and I think small-calibre Mag-bows are also good at serving as both AA/CIWS or secondaries. 4. Direct firepowers are not able to be countered, yet direct fire weapons mostly have lesser range, and they should, only except T3 ships those would siege the castles. 5. When do not have enough power to destroy their navy, another option is that the threat could be somehow contained/defended/intercepted. Especially sieges from the sea. Which also means...perhaps land-based missile defences are also some level crucial. 6. Does the Imperium Navy of Rising Sun have some methods to contain the threat of other naval forces? They really need. Perhaps they will perform strongly facing the Allies, they seem really weak against the Red tide and Dragons at sea. And if you are going to completely change the Celestial Empire's AA/CIWS to small Mag-bows, lasers can find their place well in the Imperium Navy and the Rising Sun's arsenal, as they also like use and fit this kind of tech. 7. Above all, truely, naval battles need not a perfect balance, but should avoid someone has little chance to hope with when facing those they are poor at dealing with, and they will always lose to them.

I know some stuff is happening with the development right now but if you get back to the mod then it would be cool to see the Akula sub made larger and having a deck gun or something when surfaced to make it feel more in line with other medium naval units in the mod.

Good design. I don't see this unit as overpowered as those Assault destroyers firing harbinger's shells are good balancer. Submarines being able to fire torpedoes while submerging seem realistic, will there be more option for ASW?

0:46 cue Carbot's "Carrier has arrived" scene. Missile carrier. Same thing really. One just doesn't waste resources and manpower on fancy fragile reusable carriages for the payloads. Also who the absolute fuck had the balls to copyright soviet songs? Who needs to have them violently removed?

Wow they really did juiced those naval units pretty good, but I think the best naval unit in RA3 is the giga fortress nothing can come close to it when it comes to attack range and power.

They said there will be epic units (one for each faction) in corona, which is believed to be much STRONGER than giga fortress. Currently known: Dragon boat for celestial empire, a super aircraft carrier for the Allied.

@@yinghe2717 When you look at the position of where the missiles are angled and where the two Allied vehicles were. The two were extremely close to the Slava. Also, the angle of the missile launcher arches. Unlike the Dreadnought where it can launch upward and direct its missiles to target instead of a straight line like Slava.
