Fucking I knew nothing about the combat but all I knew was that Giles had my goddamn back!

Red Alert 3 made their music to flow form each track to not feel out of place and to change as the match goes on. Its one of the few things that is hard to do but when pulled off well like Red Alert it makes the game all the funner.

that and I makes me wonder all the more if Frank Kepacki was allowed to compose a full soundtrack to the game. Even with these songs, he provided an awesome universal theme songs to go along with each of the factions. Plus make each of them so epic.

@@franklinclinton249 Since this whole series takes place in an alternate reality where Hitler never rose to power I think it’s safe to say that without Einstein and the rise of Japan as a global superpower, they decided to make their own propaganda art of Tanya in their spare time. Put simply: This is what Tanya would look like if you unlocked the Imperial ending. If you unlocked the Soviet ending, then she would be wearing a Ushanka hat. And if you unlocked the Allies ending it would show Yuriko and Natasha both wearing sports bras.

I love this music... so heroic, it fits the Allies quite well. I especially love getting "How the West has Won" when I'm bombing the mechanical daylights out of that Floating Fortress. The start is great too... first thing I think of is the Allies swooping in via air, sea, land, and time to take the win when all should of been lost.

Nah Tanya can die from 2 hits, and if she uses her time belt Natasha can just repeat the process. Tanya is more of a female Rambo and needs a distraction to work while Natsha can just peel/kite enemies

I think Allies have some of the best infantry. That cuba mission I won in record time just by using a mix of peacekeeper and javalin. People often underestimate infantry but they are cheap, fast to produce and very effective, when enemies use high tier defense like tesla and prism tower, massive infantry is the best way to take those out in a hurry.

the harbingers are my favorite unit in ra 3 , they should create units like this on rts games , unfortunately rts games are not made anymore.

RTS is still big I guess. SC2 has like 1-2 million active users (im pretty sure) and AOE has been remade and 4 was released last october. Sad to see C&C is already kinda dead. I got RA3 last friday :/

Best short-tempered covert assassin : Tanya Adams According to RA3's lore a huge part of the Allies' success is owed to Tanya and without her the Soviets would have won with Einstein out of the picture. Unfortunately the time paradox also made her a hotheaded blonde and the Fandom has been arguing that brunette Tanya was better, but to me it doesn't matter. I just want RA4 to release so I can go on a double date with Tanya and Eva over drinks.

Up from the day i started playing RA, i prefered playing as allies (i`m from russia, but i never was much of a patriot) and about first 200 games i sucked as them. They gave me a lot of rage, but not long time ago, i found a good BO. Now i pwn all as allies

Usually, once got close, AC or Dreadnaught tend to be a sitting duck while SB can still use charge to destroy nearby unit.

Most people like brunette Tanya better but it doesn't matter to me. She's still the same badass tomboy assassin we all grew up with when we first played the Red Alert games.

I will listen to this while playing red alert 2 allied campaign

I really like this game... and the Music is really the best in the C&C Universe. ^^

As a main Soviet player, I understand what you are getting at. Usually, in ground unit and Defense, the Soviet will win late game easily since they are both decent at Air, Ground and Sea. But Ground is the true forte. Their tanks are top notch and combine with MIG and Twin Blade, you got yourself a deal. In term of infantry, I just need combat eng, Flak tropper and Natasha to station in the small bunker to fire off until I got her to max veterancies. Their ground combat was top notch.

and the problem with the empire's units is that they really work great for early game... can compete with the allies in mid, and if soviets even survive to end game the soviets win based on shear firepower.

Allies are the most balanced because they have the technological might of the Rising Sun combined with the cheap unit costs of the Soviets, or at least until they're forced to roll out Mirage tanks, Harbinger Gunships, etc. Each hero (commando) has her own strengths and weaknesses. Tanya, for example, is slower and has shorter attack range, but can single handedly defeat droves of infantry and scout units. She also struggles against fast moving vehicle units, but can sabotage them if they are immobilized with cryo or chrono attacks. Natasha has the best range, but a slower rate of fire, which will eventually cause her to be overwhelmed by infantry unless she is garrisoned. Yuriko can attack air units but is easy to defeat with scouts. She is also vulnerable while attempting to levitate a unit, as she can only attack one at a time when not using her special ability (which only works on infantry)
