This is a fan made Campaign created by Heli Heli is one of the most reputable mod creators in China’s RA2 community, hence the quality of the campaign is at a high level.
The campaign was released in Chinese only but thanks to "3652xxyy", the campaign has been translated to English to make it reachable to a broader audience.

GG! This mission is designed for air-defense and naval battles. It's a long run but yeah, once the Chrono has been taken down, it's just about time to finish the mission. Also, you can kill Chrono with a ICed Rhino Tank division. No Ending Game screen is intentional and the reason has been provided in the end game briefing text but game speed 5 is too fast to show all the words. An emergency transmission from Tianshu has been sent to you, telling where Yuri truly is and you have to go there ASAP. So no time for "You are victorious".
Fun fact: when "energizing" the Eiffel or Tokyo Towers, all you're doing is essentially bring a de-powered Tesla Coil back online.

Honestly this kind of mission design of forcing the player to turtle hard, until the constant enemy forces are not a problem anymore, and then build up an attack force is not really good. Edit: Also this thing with having to see how and when the enemy attacks through multiple restarts, until you know what to expect, and prepare accordingly is a very archaic RTS design. It should be like if you're a good enough player, you can react and counter them, without the need to start again from last save.

For the case where good players are able to beat missions even if they have zero experience about what's in the mission, I think that might be more often in other RTS games like Starcraft 2? I've seen professional and semi-pro players beating the SC2 campaign series without knowing what to expect, but indeed the Red Alert series is a bit old and I guess people are just used to this kind of mission design?

@@porposeone2213 Yeah, exactly. Starcraft 2 campaign design should be a benchmark for every RTS. Varied mission mechanics, cool campaign only units and upgrades, great narrative, etc. People being used to this in old C&C games doesn't mean map makers shouldn't do better.

Its a consequence of these campaigns being aimed at a veteran and experienced playerbase. The vanilla campaign is far more approachable. I think this mission suffers from having no deceleration or breaks for the player to take advantage of
There is a hidden mission you missed on the first soviet mission, please play it, to trigger it you have to capture the Psychic beacon when romanv fleet arrive.

I love ra2 mechanics, capture buildings and use enemies' tech. However in this mod, I have done no patience, just wanna finish it asap... I think Concolors' works really better...
